This video will show you how to decline a client's chat request from the Anipanion Web App using a Google Chrome web browser.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web or Mobile App.
Step 2: Click on Chat Consults tab on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Incoming chat cases will populate under the Active sub tab.
Step 4: Click on the incoming chat case to review.
Select Reject to prompt the client to call in to the practice directly.
