2 Create your practice's Stripe account
Setting up your practice's Stripe account is the first big step to getting your practice up and running with Anipanion! Stripe is a secure payment processing platform. After you've completed a telemedicine consult on Anipanion, Stripe will route the funds straight to your practice checking account within 24-48 hours. No more chasing down clients for payments!

3 Schedule an Anipanion account setup call with your Virtual Care Consultant
They will help you configure your account settings to make sure you make the most out of the Anipanion platform.
4 Identify your practice's Telehealth Champion
Finding a team member to lead your veterinary telehealth service is vital to the integration and success of the program. The person selected should genuinely believe that telehealth will improve patient care and client access, streamline communications, and overall benefit the practice.

5 Take a deep breath—you can start small!
