Why do I see an error message (invalid API key) when trying to enter my credit card details during registration?

 

If you are seeing an error message (invalid API key) when trying to enter your credit card details during the Anipanion account registration process, please contact your Vet Clinic.

 

This issue usually means the Practice did not provide some necessary setup information to enable credit card processing. They will need to address this issue before you can complete your registration.
