If your clinic's vet staff members are offline or it is outside of clinic hours when you try to start a chat consult, you will receive a message that says:
“Whoops, unfortunately nobody is online at the moment. Please call the practice directly to address your inquiry.”
- The practice phone number will be shown in Anipanion and you can dial the number from the app to connect with the Practice.
If a practice emergency contact is configured by your vet, when you try to submit a chat case after hours or when no one is online, you will receive a message that says:
“Whoops, unfortunately nobody is online at this time. If this is an emergency, please visit [Emergency Hospital].”
- The Emergency Hospital phone number will be displayed, and you can call the Emergency Hospital directly.
