This video will take you through setting an auto delay response message for chat availability. This setting will apply to all practice staff. Practice administrator credentials are required for access to this feature.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App with the practice administrator credentials.
Step 2: Click on the Settings tab on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Select the Chat sub tab.
Step 4: Scroll down to section titled Delay Response of Practice Staff.
Step 5: Flip toggle switch to the green on position to set Delay Response of Practice Staff.
Step 6 : Select delay response time from dropdown menu.
Step 7: Click Save.
