This video will show you how to toggle yourself online or offline for chat consult availability.
Quick Tip: If you are online, you are able to receive chat inquiries from pet parents. If you are offline, you will not receive chat inquiries.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to the Anipanion Mobile App.
- A pop up will appear asking if you want to go online to receive chat cases.
- Select Yes or No.
If you need access to the toggle later on
- Click on the Chat tab.
- Flip the toggle switch in the top right corner to either the on or off position.
If toggled on
- Select the time that you would like to be toggled offline again.
You can also toggle yourself online or offline using the Anipanion Web App:
