This video covers how to submit a SOAP for your records, and summary notes for your client after completing a video call.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App.
Step 2: Click on the Video Consults tab on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Select the Completed Consultations sub tab.
Step 4: Locate previous consultation organized by time stamp, pet and pet parent.
Step 5: Under Status click on the text labeled Awaiting Summary Notes.
Step 6: Select the SOAP tab.
Step 7: Fill out the SOAP and Summary Notes.
Step 8: Once Finalized, click Submit.
If Integrated with your Practice Management System
- Notes will automatically write back into the Patient Medical Record.
Regardless of Integration
- Post Consult Summary PDF can be downloaded by selecting the icon under the Download section.
