This video reviews how to configure Anipanion to allow clients to cancel Chat requests when a staff member does not respond to the request within the allotted time. Practice administrator credentials are required for access to this feature.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App with the practice administrator credentials.
Step 2: Select the Settings tab on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Select the Chat sub tab.
Step 4: Scroll down to section titled Chat Request Cancellation.
Step 5: Flip the toggle switch to the green on position to "enable clients to cancel chat request if staff/vet hasn't responded."
Step 6: Select the time duration.
Step 7: Click Save.
