This video will take you through configuring chat availability for the staff in your clinic. Practice administrator credentials are required for access to this feature.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App with the practice administrator credentials.
Step 2: Select the Settings tab on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the Chat sub tab.
Step 4: Scroll down to the section titled Chat Availability.
Step 5: Select the Time Zone from the dropdown list.
Step 6: Select the day of the week from dropdown menu and then enter in the hours that you would like your staff to be available to receive chat inquiries.
Step 7: Click Save.
