This video covers how to accept and end a chat consult from the Anipanion mobile app.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Mobile App.
Step 2: Click on the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Incoming chat cases will populate under the Active Chats sub-tab.
Step 4: Click on the incoming chat case to review prior to acceptance.
Step 5: Select Accept to begin chat consult.
Step 6: Select Reject to prompt client to call in to the practice directly.
Quick Tip: Completed chat consults will be visible under the Completed sub-tab.
You can also accept and end a chat consult from the Anipanion web app on your computer, using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers.
