This video reviews how to initiate a video call consult, document SOAP notes, and end the video call. The process is similar from either the web app (computer) or the mobile app. This video covers initiating a consult from the computer.
Initiating Video Call
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App.
Step 2: Click on the Video Call Consults tab.
Step 3: Select the Upcoming Consultations sub tab.
Step 4: Locate the desired video appointment.
Step 5: Click on the Call button on the right.
Step 1: On the left side of the screen.
Step 2: 1st icon is to maximize/minimize screen.
Step 3: 2nd icon is to open/close chat thread message box.
Step 4: 3rd icon is the end the call.
Step 5: 4th icon is to switch the camera on/off.
Step 6: 5th icon is to switch the microphone on/off.
Step 1: Located on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: 1st sub tab is pertinent medical details.
Step 3: 2nd sub tab is to open the SOAP and Summary Notes.
Step 4: 3rd sub tab is to access the client's History.
Step 5: 4th sub tab is to access Shared Files.
Step 1: Click on the End Call button (3rd icon in the video feed).
Step 2: Confirm the end of the call by selecting yes or no in pop up message.
- Select the Redial button to reconnect with client.
Step 1: Another pop up will appear to confirm pricing.
Step 2: Confirm pricing.
Step 3: Enter in a discount if applicable then click Save.
Step 4: When finalized, click Done.
Quick Tip: After clicking Done, the flow of funds will be routed to your practices checking account within 24-48 hours.
